*all bedrooms with heating, air-conditioning, fibre internet, phone line (voip), tv point, built-in/walk-in robes with full sized mirrors, shelves etc
*available bedrooms are large enough to comfortably fit a doble bed. one can also comfortably include bedside tables and small study/tv cabinet.
*common furnishings included e.g. kitchen appliances, utensils, pots, pans etc, laundry with front loading washing machine, living room with tv/sofa, dining with dinner table
*room is unfurnished (can be furnished on request)
*no pets allowed
*house is about 5-10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and is serviced by bus 59
*approximately 5 minute drive to gungahlin town centre and 15 minute drive to civic
